Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between you, the donor and PODTech Network CIC (hereinafter referred to as PODTech) with registration number 13356732 in relation to any donation payment you make.
At any point in time where you confirm that you wish to donate, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Making a donation shall not constitute the creation of a contract. PODTech shall have complete discretion over whether to accept a donation. PODTech reserves the right to decline a donation for any reason whatsoever and shall provide a full refund.
Donations shall be utilized at PODTech’s discretion and within the required stated charitable objectives. All donations shall be made through the PODTech website using a third-party vendor; Gocardless. Donations may be one off or recurring. By confirming that you wish to proceed with your donation, you therefore authorize Gocardless (or such other provider as PODTech may use from time to time) to request funds from your card provider. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your card, you must notify your card provider. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have provided us with the correct information.
PODTech shall acknowledge your donation by email. Please contact email@example.com if you do not receive an acknowledgment.
As a registered Community Interest Company, PODTech is subject to regulation by the Community Interest Company Regulator for England and Wales. As a rule, Community Interest Companies are not permitted to refund any donations. If you make an error with your donation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
PODTech is registered with the Community Interest Company Regulator and acts at all times in accordance with its requirements. For more information on the Regulator, please visit https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/office-of-the-regulator-of-community-interest-companies.
This Agreement is between you and PODTech. No other person or entity shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
